Maricela, who is an Ecuadorian native and graduate of Universidad Central Del Ecuador, used her Business Administration degree to fulfill her dream of running her own business by launching Home and Planet Cleaning. She started as a one-woman operation known for her cheerful good nature, reliability, and strong work ethic back in 2004. Over time, she had evolved into a leader for her dedicated staff who carry forward her tradition of cheerfulness, reliability and hard work. With nearly two decades of hands-on experience, she now relishes additional time with her family and global travel, made possible by her exceptional staff.

Dallas started working at Home & Planet back in 2012 as a cleaning crew member and has earned her way up throughout the years. Now the backbone of the company, she is skilled in multitasking, handling administrative duties, and maintaining a harmonious work environment between the staff and customers. Dallas is a pivotal figure in ensuring that the workplace functions seamlessly. On her days off, she enjoys discovering hiking trails in NH and ME with her family as well as reading a good book.
